Womens Course
The Swim
The swim is a 250 meter pool swim in the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood pool. Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool. Swimmers will seed themselves according to their ability on the day of the event.
The Bike
The bike course is a two loop 8 mile course. The course is flat and takes place in the local neighborhood and surrounding areas. The roads are open to traffic – but traffic is usually fairly light.
The Run
The 5K (3.1 mile) run is a beautiful out and back course on the tree lined paths. The course is partially shaded and completely flat.

Girls Event Distances
4-6 years old: 25 yd swim, .5 mile bike and .5 mile run. (each child in the 4-6 age group will have a lifeguard in the pool with them and parents may accompany their children in transition and on the course)
7-9 years old: 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run.
10-12 years old: 100 yd swim 2 mile bike, 1.5 mile run.
13-14 years old: 125 yd swim 3 mile bike, 1.5 mile run.
4-6 years old: 25 yd swim, .5 mile bike and .5 mile run. (each child in the 4-6 age group will have a lifeguard in the pool with them and parents may accompany their children in transition and on the course)
