We've organized several clinics to help you feel more prepared with the course, your swim technique, and keeping all that tri gear straight during transition. Transition & Swim Stroke Clinic- Presented by Blue Sky Endurance
She Tris wants to support your training and help you prepare the best way possible for your event!
When: Thursday, May 4th from 5:30-7:30 p.m

Transition Clinic- 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Siobhan Maize, certified USA Triathlon coach, local triathlete, two time ironman finisher, and winner of the Double Anvil Triathlon (that’s two full iron distance races if you’re counting) will host a transition clinic to aid in teaching you the “fourth discipline” of triathlon. Whether this is your first or fiftieth triathlon you will surely learn a few good tips!
Swim Stroke Clinic- 6:30-7:30 p.m.: Courtney Faller, Aquatics Director of I’On Club, will host a swim stroke clinic to analyze your personal stroke and to give you useful feedback and tips to enhance your triathlon pool swim experience. Courtney will also review pool swim etiquette and answer your questions. Bring your goggles, swim cap, towel, bottle of water and your sense of humor!
*Blue Sky Endurance will have a few essential triathlon supplies for purchase at the clinic.
